70 years of SLO8

As once before, a folk song rang out again tonight, in memory of 27 September 1951, when shortly before midnight in the Slovenian Philharmonic the song of eight men sounded, men who carried the name Slovenski oktet into the world. In memory of that evening, tonight we listened to the first generation of the octet and sang our folk song Pri farni cerkvici with them. Long live the Slovenski oktet!
